Mental Health and Wellbeing is my main passion. I have always been a deeply empathetic & sensitive person, and being able to support and empower people is what I care about most. I feel most myself when I'm investing my time and energy into helping people to connect with the confidence and tools they need to enhance the quality of their own lives.. Through my practice and teaching of yoga, mindfulness and self-awareness, I hope to be able to connect with  you and remind you of all the magic and love that lives inside of you, too.
