A little bit about me
I have been a yoga and wellness coach for almost 3-years now, and it is absolutely where my heart lies. As someone who advocates mental health and the ability for people to have access to the tools and practices they need to deepen their awareness of and manage their own mental health, I take huge pride in being a part of people's journeys as they navigate this space.
I have experience working with people on a 1-to-1 for a range of reasons, ranging from managing a variety of mental health issues as well as physical health problems. My experience extends to diabetes, fibromyalgia, joint problems, anxiety, depression, bipolar, weight-loss, life-alignment and deepening a connection to oneself.
I also have experience working privately with couples, families and friends, and also enjoy working to create bespoke classes and workshops designed for you and your specific needs - everything from bridal shower yoga workshops to helping you achieve a specific goal personally.
My teachings include physical yoga practices (movement, stretching, flexibility), guided meditations and private coaching (self-love, self-esteem, mindset shifting, finding happiness etc).
