Yoga & Meditation

I have been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness for just over two years now, but my practice has far exceeded that. Mindfulness and building self-awareness via meditation and self-reflection, including to a large extent journalling, have been core aspects of my life for as long as I can remember. 

I hope to share here tips on the physical practice of yoga, mindfulness & meditation, whilst also discussing and sharing core areas within those topics that have come to hugely define and impact my life in the hope that they will be able to mean the same thing to you - if they don't already.
