I've been a yoga teacher and wellness coach for nearly 3 years, working closely with people in group or individual settings to help them achieve their personal wellness, health and happiness goals.

I enjoy working with people on a 1:1 basis so I'm able to create bespoke classes to ensure they're seeing and feeling the results they want.

In addition to private individual classes, I have lots of experience creating family yoga classes, couple yoga classes and hosting bespoke events and workshops.

My experience includes working with you to manage your health conditions, such as fibromyalgia, diabetes, post-surgery recovery and rehab; mental health management, including anxiety, stress-management, PTSD, OCD and depression; and general wellness goals, including creating good habits, mindfulness, and incorporating good practices into your daily life with guidance and support.
